Todaydiscus.com provided the free service to you subject to the following terms and condition which may be updated by us from time to time without any notice to you.
Continued using of the service will constitute your acceptance of the agreement to be bound by the terms and condition.
We reserved the right to remove or suspend the member account or restrict the member posting ability, if you violated our forms’ rule and regulation.
Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use todaydiscus.com forums to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, illegal material/product or otherwise violated of any law.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of todaydiscus.com. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email or PM. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
Topics have to post and reply according to the correct and relevant request, thread or category, failing to do that we reserved the right to move or delete the post without giving notice to you. Continues to do so, we may give warning to you and take necessary action accordingly.

Politics is not allowed in the forums, we did not welcome any politician. Please put personal problem and politics aside when you join this forum.
We advise that you keep the user login name appropriate. You agree to never give yours account to any other member(s), you also agree to NEVER use any other member's account to post messages/thread and feedback or browse this forum.
Double or multiple login names is not allow in this forum, we will try our best to allocate the user who owned more than one login name. Once we found it, a warning will be giving to the user and he/she has 3 days to reply with a valid reason. If no reason/reply after 3 days, all his account will be banded.
The free service is only applicable to hobbyists. We do not provide this service to breeders or any business owner. Breeders or business owner can purchase the advertisement service from us or paying for the forums subscription service for a minimum of 3 years.
For advertisement service, a banner will be provided and you will be giving the right to make use of ours service.
Any directly or indirectly advertising or promote for the breeders or business use are strictly not allow (be it themselves or helping their friend). We hope you can understand that we need fund to operate the forums and we can’t provide free service to anyone that is not a hobbyist.
We will take necessary action to the user who does not follow our rule and regulation.
Warning will be giving or disable posting ability for a period of time, continue to do so will happen to suspend the account or band by access to ours forums.
